Nicole Sassmannshausen is a paralegal for the Law Firm of David A. Young. In 2013, Nicole graduated from Cuyahoga Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Business with a concentration in Paralegal Studies. She has experience with civil litigation, but she has made employment law her primary focus. She is currently seeking to become a Certified Paralegal by The Ohio State Bar Association.

Mr. Kresak is a well-respected member of the legal community, currently serving on the Paralegal Advisory Board for the Stautzenberger College located in Strongsville, Ohio.
Bryan Kresak is a Paralegal and assists the Firm’s clients in nearly every aspect of litigation. Mr. Kresak is one of only 147 paralegals throughout the State of Ohio designated as a Certified Paralegal by the Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Kresak received a Degree in Business with a focus on legal studies from the Academy of Court Reporting in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Kresak has over 12 years of experience as a paralegal all of which have been dedicated to employment and civil rights law.

Mr. Young holds a law degree with high honors and distinction from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. During law school, Mr. Young served on the Board of Editors for the Cleveland-Marshall Law Review. Also during law school, Mr. Young was honored with the Spangenberg Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Young is a Dean's list graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Mr. Young is admitted to practice in all common pleas courts and courts of appeal throughout the State of Ohio. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Mr. Young is a member of the Cleveland, Portage County, Ohio State and American Bar associations. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, National Employment Lawyers Association, Cleveland Employment Lawyers Association, the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association, and was recently nominated as a 'barrister' in the Cleveland Employment Inns of Court.
